Shelter dog gets the one thing all dogs want: a hydrant

Kevin was found abandoned in a field a year and a half ago, and was rescued by a dog control officer and taken to Paws Across Oswego County in Oswego, NY.

When he was found, he was in a really bad condition and it was clear that up until that point, things weren’t easy for him. He was taken to a vet and checked out. As it turned out, he was extremely malnourished, lacking most of his fur, was missing part of his tail and the rest of it was broken and bent.

PAOC began treating him and rehabilitating him back to health.
